Can I use the heater in a hybrid Jazz before setting off?

May change my 2019 petrol Jazz to a New hybrid model. Can I use the heater in the hybrid to clear the windscreen of ice before setting off as I do in my old car?

You can use the heater as you would in any other car - if the car needs to start the engine in order to support using the heater it will do so automatically.
