What are the best snow socks?
Best winter tyre socks?
Asked on 17 October 2024 by Michael Cullwick

We would recommend choosing snow socks that are compatible with your tyre size, so if you have Michelin or Goodyear tyres then choosing a snow sock from these manufacturers will ensure good compatibility. It is worth considering that snow socks are best used as a temporary measure, as the majority are limited to a top speed of 40km/h (25mph), so you may wish to look at fitting a full winter tyre if you live in an area which is regularly affected by snow.
