Can an adblue tank fitted to a diesel powered car at all?

Not to an engine which wasn't originally fitted with a DPF designed to be regenerated by addblue. And a 2004 Octavia won't even have a DPF.

Flashing DPF dasboard light came on at 23400 miles on 15/02/12. Mazda dealer diagnostic check showed that they had not reset the car computer(?) after the service in July 11, no actual fault with DPF....
I've reported a recurring problem with my Vauxhall Zafira to the dealership I bought it from over a period of 18 months.
The problem is that the car loses power and goes into "limp mode", showing a warning...
I'd like to be 100% sure whether my Kia has a DPF or not. The details are:
