Any known issues with the ASX?

I am seriously considering puchasing the above model, although I am having a problem agreeing on a price (that's my court).

Before I go any further are there any known problems with the 1.8DI-D 4WD diesel?
And can you help with ways of negotiating a price?

So far, no problems reported. See if www.drivethedeal.com for a deal. If DTD doesn't have any I can't help.
