We need a family car with a seat height of 26in/66cm for my wife with hip problem to access.

Sorry, we don't keep a database of this measurement. I'd guess that a Toyota Auris, Nissan Note, Hyundai ix20 and KIA cee'd would fit the bill, while most Chevrolet Cruze models have height adjustable passenger seats.
