Civic Type R winter tyres

I would like to buy Cold Weather tyres for my Honda Civic, which is currently fitted with Bridgestone Potenza RE 40 205/45/17 84W tyres.

Could you recommend a suitable cold weather replacement? I have not been successful in finding CW tyres in that size. Would you recommend I buy some steel wheels with the CW tyres fitted and if it is not possible to get CW tyres in the current size, what measurements would you recommend are fitted?

You might be able to compromises with an all weather tyre such as Bridgestone A001. Or go to standard Honda 16" wheels andget full winter tyres in whatever the standard tyre size is for them . Talk to www.mytyres.co.uk or www.rarerims.co.uk for wheels with tyres pre-fitted. You will need different shouldered wheelbolts for steel wheels.
