Is there an in-car communication system I can use to speak to my passenger?
I am hearing impaired and wondered if there was an in car communication system between driver and front seat passenger? When I'm driving I can't hear what my passenger is saying to me.

There are systems such as these available, with their primary use intended for motorsports such as rallying where the driver and co-driver need to be able to communicate clearly while wearing crash helmets in cars that are exceptionally noisy. These tend to be radio or Bluetooth based systems, but can be expensive. A more affordable solution may be to obtain a pair of Bluetooth ear pieces designed for hands-free phonecalls, so you can simply call your passenger before starting your journey.

I've got a 4500 RDS EON stereo in my Ford Fiesta Mk6 and I'm looking to try and find a Bluetooth device I can connect to this without having to buy a new car stereo. Is there anything on the market?
