Noisy suspension

My 2007 Toyota Avensis 1.8 petrol is very noisy, making a rumbling noise on even slightly rough roads.

It is on 16" wheels and the noise was apparent with original tyres and still is with new Bridgestone ER300s.

It sounds like the wheel is about to fall off. The wheel nuts are tight.

The car has been serviced by main dealer and has 32000 miles on the clock.

his model of Avensis has multilink suspension that is very unstressed, but if any bushes are on the way out, that could be the explanation.
