Buying Fiat 500 Automatic

I'm thinking of buying a second hand Fiat 500 automatic, not sure what year, and wondered if the Fiat 500 automatics are known to be reliable.

It's a Dualogic automated manual, not an automatic. But no problems reported to me so far.
