Buying a small easy access car

I am looking for a small, five-door, automatic car with a quality build/reliability reputation. As I have an arthritic hip, I need a car with a high driving position/easy entry. So far, I have looked at a Honda Jazz (2011) 1.4 ES CVT, Nissan Micra (2010)1.2 Acenta CVT. I am also considering a Skoda Fabia 1.2TSI 2 DSG, VW Polo 1.4 SE DSG and a Toyota Yaris 1.33 T Spirit MMT.

Which would you recommend, or are there any better?
