Hybrid v Diesel
We have two cars, Audi A4 and Corolla Verso, both 2004 and both Automatics.
We are considering consolidating to one car between us.
We would prefer automatic with cruise control and ease of access is an important factor.
A few years ago we would have said Diesel, but having seen recent reports regarding problems with DPF's, DSG's, timing belts et al in your columns the whole thing is becoming clouded. Our present thoughts are that Hybrids may be the best way forward if the longevity is likely to be good. We would appreciate your views and it may help others who may be in the same predicament.
