Whether an alloy wheel can be repaired or not depends entirely on the level of damage suffered. Scuffs, scrapes and small dings can be repaired by having the wheel machined and resurfaced before being repainted, but if large chunks have been taken out of it or if it is bent in any way, then a repair is likely impossible.
We would suggest finding a local alloy wheel specialist and getting them to take a look at the damage for a professional opinion.
