MoT paperwork missing

The dealer only supplied me with a MoT certificate, with the advisory sheet missing. Am I allowed to ask for it or should I seek legal advice?

You are entitled to ask for it, yes. If you don't get it, go to the MoT station that tested the car, ask what the advisories were, then go back to the dealer and demand that he fixes them or gives you your money back for the car.
