No response from the DVLA after five months, what can I do?
I’ve been waiting five months for my medical licence. I’ve emailed and written with no response. I can’t ring them as I’m deaf. What can I do?

I would suggest making a formal complaint or writing to your local MP to ask them to make a complaint on your behalf.
