Renault Clio - cambelt or chain?

I have a 2014 Renault Clio 1.5 CDI auto. Does it have chain or belt and when should it be changed?

Cam belt. I'd suggest changing the belt, tensioner, pulley and water pump every 60,000 miles of five years (whichever comes first).
