What are the MoT rules on changing halogen headlights to LEDs?
If I change halogen headlights to LEDs will they pass the MoT testing?

The DVSA says that vehicles with converted halogen headlamp units first used on or after 1 April 1986 will continue to fail the MoT. See full guidance here: www.gov.uk/government/publications/special-notice-...s
