What's the best way to finance a new electric car?
I am retired and want to buy a new electric car. But I really can’t afford to pay out £40,000 in one hit. Can you advise me of the other ways to purchase or lease a new car and the risks involved?

If you cover no more than 100 miles per day and have easy access to a charging point at home or work, then an EV is ideal for you.
