With ref. to your web news section dated 20th July 2009, please confirm if Nissan is dropping prices (under £6,000) for Pixo until 30th Sept 2009 as you state. Have contacted Nissan UK: they do not know anything about it? Please hurry with reply, was about to sign up for new Suzuki Alto.

It was issued as a press release by Nissan, as follows:- “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 17 July 2009. SAVE WITH NISSAN THIS SUMMER * Save £1,000 on Pixo, now available from £5,995 on the road…NISSAN'S summertime promotional campaign, which provides a host of incentives across the range, kicks off with a £1,000 discount on the new Pixo compact car. Enabling buyers to own a new Nissan from £5,995 on the road, the saving is among a series of incentives being offered by UK dealerships from now until 30th September 2009
