Will my car be charged when the ULEZ in London is extended?

I have a 2001 petrol Volkswagen Polo 1.4. Will it comply with the extended ULEZ?

The extended ULEZ will follow the same regulations as the current ULEZ, so you can check here: tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle-35896
