Flat bloke

I have suffered a puncture (screw in tread) in a Bridgestone runflat on my RAV-4 T180. When I bought the car new from Loders at Dorchester I was told that in the event of a problem I should drive to the nearest Toyota Main Agent who would replace the complete wheel with a new tyre and that I would be charged only a percentage of the tyre cost based upon wear. In fact Toyota now has the know-how and equipment to remove, repair and refit run flats and my tyre was successfully repaired at a cost of £40.25, Toyota have placed a maximum of 1/2 hour labour charge for the job.

Useful information, but depends on the damage. If the tyre has been run completely flat (with no air in), it is dangerous to repair it because there could be sidewall or shoulder damage.
