How do I get out of a parking ticket?
I went to the shop and parked in a 20 minute space but the queue was long. I was issued a parking ticket for being 32 mins. How can I avoid this fine?

You can't. You've acknowledged that you overstayed in a space that you knew was 20mins max, and they've fined you for it. You could ask for proof but if you take too long to pay then they can double the fine.
