I have a Fiat Panda Dynamic and I was wondering how easy or not it would be to change my car from a manual to an automatic and how much roughly it would cost?

Possible. But too expensive to contemplate. Better to sell it and buy a Dualogic version. It is not a true automatic anyway. Merely an electronically controlled autoclutch. Though my experience of the 6 speed Dualogic in the FIAT QUBO was a very good one.
