Con Fusion
I drive a Ford Fusion 1.6 automatic. About 2 months ago the engine of the car cut out whilst I was pulling away from a junction. The car went to the garage, a diagnostic test was done, but no fault could be found, the assumption being it was just a one off thing. Yesterday, whilst negotiating a roundabout the same thing happened again. On both occasions I was travelling slowly, and after putting the car in park and re-starting the engine, all was in order and I continued on my journey. I should be very grateful if you could shed any light on this situation.

Might be oil getting into the speed sensor on the final drive as that
affects a lot of the car's electronics. Might be a failing mass airflow sensor. Might be a failing throttle sensor. Or might be a failing fuel tank lifter pump or a problem with the earth of the lifter pump or the lifter pump relay.
