Pleasant recollection

Regarding all the bad publicity of Toyota, I took my Yaris into West Riding Toyota in Silsden, west Yorkshire this morning for recalls on accelerator pedal and seat belt pretensioners. I was out in 55 mins, both jobs done, a personal apology from the head honcho, a written visual safety check and cleaned inside and out. Also Toyota is sending us a £20 M&S voucher for all the hassle. Maybe the whole issue has been a debacle but I'm very impressed with the standard of service locally.
