Large lorries use our village as a short cut following sat-nav instructions. They then have to reverse out of the village due to the narrow roads. Is there an organisation we can contact to have our village excluded from these instructions?

No. Not without wiping the village from the face of the earth and from Ordinance Survey maps. But the drivers are using the wrong satnav.
Modern satnav developed specifically for trucks does warn drivers of
unsuitable roads.
