Woolley jumper

As a regular subscriber to "The Daily Telegraph" I am rather confused this week. In the Saturday issue dated 9th January 2010 on page M13 of the motoring section is an advertisement for a Battery Jump Starter at a cost of £34.99 inclusive of postage and packing. The identical unit is also advertised in the Telegraph Select leaflet, the cost in this supplement is £39.99 plus £4-99 postage and packing. The only advantage with the dearer method being I would be able to pay by cheque (which appeals to me) I never divulge my credit card details over the telephone.

Anyone who tries to start a car by plugging something into the cigarette lighter without checking how the circuit works first is asking for trouble.
