Court short
As a fan of the small claims track at the county court you should warn your readers that it can take up to 8 months to get a hearing date. This will alter from court to court.

I'm not a “fan”. If www.motorcodes.co.uk can't help, then www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and the Small Claims Track are all that is available to them. But thanks for the warning the process could take 8 months or more. I’ll certainly include that in future recommendations.
