Why does the clutch feel like it's slipping on my Mondeo Powershift?

I drive a 2012 Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI with the Powershift gearbox. When I am driving at around 40-50 mph, the engine revs fluctuate up and down probably 1-200 revs, it feels like clutch slip! Any ideas please?

This twin wet clutch transmission requires an oil and filter change every 3 years or 38,000 miles. The reason is that the oil is shared between the clutch pack and the gears and the clutch pack eventually burns it. Most wet clutch Powershift problems come from failing to change the oil at the prescribed intervals.
