We ordered a New VW Golf match in September 2010 with the dealer saying it would be 12 weeks. In fact every dealer we spoke with told us 12 weeks. After many emails and calls with both the dealer and customer care and waiting 12 weeks we were given an unconfirmed build week 12 2011. Should we get this build week it will mean a minimum of 30 weeks from order to delivery! Is there anything we can do other than run away? This seems a huge amount of tie to build a car. VW customer care have been hopeless, the worst I have ever experienced, even worst than Virgin Media.
