Ford Fiesta 1998 light problems

I have no parking lights working but the dash is illuminated, when i click once for low beam i have only the drivers side working but when i click for high beam, both work. Indicators and rear lights are working. I have checked all the fuses and they are ok. I had to replace the bulb in passenger side low beam as it was blown but this did not fix that problem.

It could be a failed earth from one of the light bulb bayonets to the body.
