What all-weather tyres would you recommend for my Mercedes-Benz E 250 Estate? I also tow a caravan

Depends on the wheel and tyre size fitted to your car. If you can get them to fit then Michelin Cross Climate, Continental AllSeason Contact or Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons gen 2.
