Is an EV a viable choice for driving through France?
I'm thinking of buying an electric car but I drive a lot in France. What is the situation with charging points and fees please?

It's certainly doable. Download the PlugShare app to find chargers, including reviews and feedback from other EV drivers. A plug-in hybrid might be a good compromise.
