I have received a speeding ticket but I don't know who was driving - what do I do?
I received a final demand from the police for the driver details of my car, allegedly speeding two months ago. The original was not sent by recorded delivery and was not received. Four people could have legally been driving and after two months we are unable to say definitively who was at the wheel. What do we do?

It's Catch 22. If you lie, it's perversion of the course of justice. If you knowingly state it was someone it was not, then it's also perversion of the course of justice. Either can carry a prison sentence of six months. So you better find out exactly who was driving at the time and tell the police.
