What's the best small car for an 80-year-old driver?

I'm 80-years-old and have driven since I was 20. I now want a smaller car with good all-round vision and sprightly acceleration. What do you recommend?

I'd recommend the latest Skoda Fabia. It represents excellent value for money, while visibility is good. The 1.0 TSI petrol engine offers plenty of performance. Also look at the Honda Jazz and Ford Fiesta.
