Look at the Jazjar - available as XDA Pro, MDA and QTEK9000.
Quite expensive to buy, but much more viable when bought on contract from a mobile operator - T-Mobile, O2 etc.
Its half way between a PDA and a laptop, and I love it. Does everyhting you want, although you would need an external GPS aerial.
iPAQ 6450 - pretty good, external GPS aerial, not a great phone.
The only iPAQ with built in GPS aerial does not have wireless. Although it does if you get the Asian version, which I've never used but is supposed to be good.
I suggest you really think about what you will use it for, when you will use it, and where you will use it. That would make hte answer easier.

Are they readily available (I'll go google anyway, but if someone already knows the whereabouts of one....) Sounds a pain having to have an external GPS aerial. Extra leads trailing around the car, etc.

Primarily I want it as a portable pc. The SatNav and camera locator is secondary, but as already mentioned would be handy to be all incorperated in the one package. Phone useage - not bothered in the slightest as would still prefer to use my current phone.
