I guess the first line of the site you pointed to says it all.

Firstly, if you are accused of speeding and you know you are guilty, then just accept it and plead guilty

Hate that site. You get people who say they've been doing up to 120mph on motorways, then they get really upset when they're caught. Take this gem:

"Obscure speed limit signs inform you it is a 30mph limit. As I rounded a gentle sweeping left hander at about 60, in the middle of overtaking another car, I spotted the Police officer with the laser gun."

So, you idiot, you know it's a 30 limit even though the signs are obscure, yet you continue at 60mph. This guy was caught three times in as many weeks. To me, that says his driving is at fault rather than the police...
