I think it must be the end of the world.
Everything has gone very small, and v e r y, v e r y, s l o w.
I'll try the other cake.
Frankly that is too small as a default.
Just realised it's a public service to improve safety and reduce congestion.
"If you can't read this you shouldn't be driving"!
Goodbye all you who can't read it, your bus pass is available from HJs office and you can advertise your car for sale on the other board!!
It's not changed for me using Safari 3 on Mac OS X. It was always Arial too (scientifically the easiest font to read which is why it's used on UK number plates).
IE6, looks the same as it always did?
Too much s## makes your eyes go funny.
Either my Alzheimers has come early and I've forgotten the sex, or it's too small...
Please fixit...

Yes, it's gone very small and very hard to read.
Especially on long posts, it will confuse the eye, making you lose your place.
Any text with more than abuot seven or eight words slows down the reading speed.
I have emailed the Mods, perhaps one of them will be along shortly to explain what has happened.
I'm using AOL and it's gone small.
Looks pants.

It's gone small to save on bandwidth, which is the major cost of running HJ's website. Big text = bill bandwidth bills. HJ gets to pocket the difference, of course.
Gone small here too now. I'll need glasses at this rate.
Leave it alone;I like it!!
It's gone small here now as well. Awful.
When will they stop trying to fix what isn't broken?
Looks OK to me. I have a Dell monitor.
I have seen no difference. IE 6.0.2900....
All you guys who see no difference, was the same with me. It'll randomly change for you in the next few hours.
The font style, Arial, is fine it's just toooo small.
Not practical, please change it.
> It's gone small to save on bandwidth
I presume (hope!) you meant to add a wink or similar to that, LY. Never underestimate the credulity of your audience - I once persuaded a sales colleague that his new lightweight laptop would get heavier as he filled up the disk drive.
You should have all gone to SpecSavers.

Yes right - mine has well. Change is difficult for us all, so rather than make your suffering worse I've locked it.

Was that the same colleague who was sent out to buy the tin of striped paint?

No more to add to this - we've advised the website designers, we'll get back to you. Threads merged and locked. Any more discussion on this will be added here or deleted.
